Brief Description:  Continued work on controls.

Removed all nylon systems blocks by twisting them out from under the tubes and wires. Had CJ hold the all metal nuts while I backed the mounting screws out from the bottom, just a few turns. Then applied LocTite to the bottom few threads on each screw and retightened as much as I dared. Replaced the nylon blocks but will not tighten the top nuts until the LocTite cures. Hopefully the LocTite will hold the screws in place.

Next installed the flap handle. Determined that the bottom of it was in contact with both fuel lines, as previously reported by other builders. Sanded the end of a strip of plywood into a thin wedge, and tapped it between the fuel lines and the bottom of the flap handle until the fuel lines were bent downward, away from interference by the handle mechanism. Fuel lines flattened a bit on the top sides but did not suffer significant deformation. There is now enough clearance to prevent rubbing when the flap handle is moved.

Installed the parts that make the connection to the flaperon mixer arms and fabricated the control stick pushrods.
