Fabricated internal fuel return line and installed with clips. Mixed a batch of sealant. Added sealant to the inside edges of the sight glass. Added some sealant to the front bottom corners where it looked a little thin. Installed the tank top, fuel filler flange, and fuel level sender.
The tank is essentially done, and I moved it into the house where it can cure in warmer temperatures for the next week or so before I balloon test it.
Just received a discouraging email about a cracked sight glass in John Bender's airplane. I hope this doesn't mean another round of uncertainty about the integrity of the tank.
