CJ and I rolled the assembly over and riveted the two fuselage skin sections together. Then rolled it back right side up and finished riveting the connections. The assembly is getting pretty heavy for her to handle. I had received an email earlier in the day from Van's saying the fuel tank sealant with the October expiration date is OK to use. Mixed a small batch (20/2 grams) and sealed the firewall flanges. That has to be the stickiest stuff in the world! Think I got a good job. Will check in the AM and trim the excess with a razor blade. Off on vacation tomorrow so no work for the next two weeks.
