Brief Description: Finished bulkhead, installed control column.
Spent the morning preparing a checklist and lesson plan for my three students who I have to transition into the new T182. Lots to study in the POH and G1000 manuals.
At 1 PM met Technical Counselor Artie Goodemote and his wife Shirley who came over to give my project the once over. Artie gave my work a clean bill of health and was very impressed with the kit and plans. Spent the late afternoon and early evening finishing the installation of the bulkhead assembly. Skipped ahead to install the control column before the seat ramp floors, figuring it would be easier with better access. Carolyn helped me install the washers on the mounting bolts - quite a tricky step. Super gluing two washers together helped. Then pulled parts for the next steps and did some dimpling using my new dimpling pliers. More parts prep next time.
