Brief Description: Finished flaperons except for rivets.
Deburred the last two flaperon skins, and installed with clecos. Final drilled and hand riveted the few holes requiring that step. Inserted rivets wherever possible and now just awaiting the return of the pneumatic rivet puller.
Been using the down time to put up all my firewood for the fall/winter fuselage/finishing kit work. Yesterday prepped the boat for the season, and today replaced the rotten trim around the sewing room window. Lots of flying coming up in next two weeks so kit work will be in bits and pieces.
Now that fuselage kit is all inventoried and on the shelves, I'm anxious to get started on it. Tonight I searched the VAF files for info on section 20-**, and printed out Marty's blog starting at Section 20. I'm organized and ready to go. All I need now is my puller to come back and some time!
