Flew a nice IFR lesson in IMC this morning with Mark S., then drove to Latham to pick up my fuselage kit from the DB Schenker terminal. Tried them this time, since FedEx damaged my first two shipments. Well, as usual the crate was cracked, this time on both ends. Hopefully not deformed enough to do internal damage. We'll find out when we unpack and inventory. The crate was a perfect fit for the pickup, and Carolyn helped me unload it in the garage using a block and tackle to the ceiling.
I'm not even going to open the crate until I finish the flaperons and clear out the shop. So, need to get some time in between flight lessons!
