Continued to work the forward tip rib. Fluted agressively and finally got the right contour. Deburred wing tip closeout skin. Fabricated tab bending tool and bent all tabs as specified. Test assembled entire wingtip assembly to check fit. Disassembled and primed all parts. I don't normally prime inside skin surfaces but considering all the little openings in the wingtip area for water to get in I decided to prime everything inside that area. Temperatures were actually up enough to prime outside. Ice is starting to go out of the lake. There is hope!
Reassembled all tip components with clecos, began riveting.
