Brief Description:  Started final prep of ribs.

Numbered and removed all ribs. Worked on first three ribs to develop best way to deburr small areas and finish for priming. Here's the sequence:

1. Knock off the shear burr with the 1" wheel, and the big wheel where possible.
2. Smooth the edges using nail file emory boards I bought at the drugstore.
3. Polish out any deeper surface scatches on the rib web with one or both wheels.
4. Remove gummed part label with razor blade.
5. Rough up the entire rib and polish out light scratches with Scotchbrite pads. *
6. Clean the part with solvent.
7. Prime.

* The ribs, which came without the blue vinyl, have a lot of surface scratches that I feel should be polished and primed.
