Finish sanded the two fiberglass tips to rough them up to hold paint. Riveted them in place. Fabricated a tool to install the rudder attach bolts. Re-installed the rudder and checked fit. The rub is gone! Removed rudder for storage. Torqued the Vertical Stabilizer attach bolts and installed the forward skin - I don't think the VS is coming off again. I wish I had the tailcone fiberglass pieces so I could complete the tailcone before storing it. Otherwise it is DONE. Ordered fuselage kit today, and Ann told me the wing kit will be shipped Thursday or Friday.
