Made a decision to quit trying to leave the blue stuff on the skins, and removed it. Don't think it's worth the trouble. Installed additional clecos, then worked up my courage and riveted entire bottom. Sure hope I did everything right! Flipped over and clecoed the aft bulkhead into place. Ready to work on next set of skins, but no time tomorrow.
