Read and re-read instructions re: match drilling hinges. Marked the holes but did not drill (chickened out!) Checked the real holes and the marked "holes" where they will ultimately be mounted, and it looked right. Match drilled the holes. Finished edges on right HS skin. Removed vinyl, deburred holes, and finished edges on left skin. Installed and clecoed the left skin. The right one has to wait for the CS4-4 rivets. Prepped the splice plate and the aft skins for installation soon. Hope the rivets arrive tomorrow so I can proceed according to the plans. If they don't get here, I will finish the left side and forge ahead prepping parts to finish the HS, and start the tailcone. No problem, I have HOURS of prepping ahead for all the cone frames and skins!
