Deburred, fluted, and primed the aft ribs. Assembled all the ribs to the spar box and riveted. Cut the hinge halves to length and used the drill press to match drill all the mounting holes. Got the big HS skins down from the storage rack and began the laborious process of removing the blue vinyl and deburring all the holes and edges. Nearly completed the right skin. For a change of scenery clecoed the aft hinges to the right skin flange per Page 09-08 Step 2. Did not do the match drilling. Can't quite figure out what is going on here! Oh well, I'll figure it out next time. Probably won't get to the shop again until Friday. By then maybe my CS4-4 rivets will be here.
