Made up DB15 connector jumper for ELT test. At hangar used the jumper to test the ELT with the "football throw" test. Worked through most of the airframe inspection items.
Noticed little dimples on the firewall, both sides. Determiined that the nuts on the bolts that hold the brake pedals on were contacting the firewall at full deflection. At first thought I would have to shorten the rudder cables by making new links. Instead provided more clearance by changing out the bolts from a -15 to a -14 and using thinner nuts and washers.
Measured pitch blade angles, marked hub, blades, and backing plates, and removed prop for inspection.
