Brief Description:  Finished SB.

Finished grinding/sanding/smoothing the corners of the brackets, and primed the bare metal. Finished cleaning the paint from around the bolt holes and inspected carefully. Found no cracks. However, the left rear hole has the shoulder that other folks have talked about that prevents complete contact of the washer. That hole also shows thread marrks on the interior circumference that indicate to me that the loose bolt was moving around in the hole.

Reinstalled brackets and torqued to specs. With Bill's help bled the brakes at the point where I had taken them apart. Looks like I will not have to take the wheel pants off to bleed them down there. :) Topped off the fluid reservoir.

Tomorrow: Log the work, button up the airplane, pick up the tools, take down from stands.

Future: Buy a brass drift pin and tap in bolts and retorque.
