Added double adel clamps to provide a stand-off for the coolant hose to keep it away from engine mount. Replaced aileron/servo bolt with one size shorter. Added a flush rivet to the tip of the latch arm to keep the metal and nylon together. Added an O-ring to latch shaft to put a little pressure so latch handle doesn't rotate on its own. Drained and disconnected gas tank. Removed tank filler tube and gas tank. Removed remaining covers, under and behind tank.
Checked all engine mount washers. Checked and marked new fuel pump mounting bolts. Checked prop blade angles - still within .1 degrees.
Opened interior kit and examined all parts.
Removed G496 and took home for database upgrade. Trimmed standoff spacers for a better fit.
