Brief Description: Finished test hours, took CJ for a ride.
Polished all the plexi inside and out, with the cleaner I previously bought. Installed upper cowl, took off and flew about an hour by myself. Vibration seems to be less, but now the prop is set on the high RPM side, where it was more of a cruise prop before. Returned and topped the fuel tank. During fueling the tank "burped" back at me, and some splashed on the window. I wiped it off quickly and so far no damage is evident. Scared the crap out of me.
Carolyn stopped by the airport and we went for a ride - first passsenger! Performance still very brisk with full fuel and two adult passengers. Tomorrow I will check the prop pitch to see if it stayed where I put it.
