Brief Description:  Re-synced carbs, adjusted latch, tuned autopilot.

Got out to the airport about 10. Worked on the canopy latch mechanism to make it work easier. Had to remove the nylon latch block and shave it thinner with the belt sander. I can work it now with one hand.

Noticed a bit of binding between the right flaperon inboard skin edge and a rivet head on the side of the fuselage when the flaperon was deflected full up.. Filed the skin back to provide clearance.

Removed top cowl and hooked up the CarbMate tubes. Rolled the airplane outside in 45 degree temperature (yahoo!) Ran several test runs and adjusted the left throttle linkage to equalize the carbs. They were quite a bit "off".

Reinstalled top cowl and preflighted. Took off in a stiff breeze and flew about 0.8 hour. Vibrations seems better. Prop pitch seems pretty good, but on the cruise prop (coarse pitch) side.

Tried various autopilot modes and adjusted roll and pitch sensitivity. Got it working pretty good. Still needs more adjustment but getting much better. Flew a coupled GPS 28 approach back into NY0. Cool!
