Brief Description:  Made adjustments, flew Card 2.

Removed the battery charger. Aircraft battery appears fully charged now, but Dynon internal battery only went up to 16.1 volts. Mike from Dynon told me it should read 16.4 at full charge. I don't know if this is significant.

Removed prop spinner and loosened the mounting bolts. Reduced the pitch on the blade with the most pitch to match the lower pitched blade. Got them to within 0.1 degree of each other. Retorqued and reinstalled spinner.

Removed temporary rudder trim tab and installed the Avery Wedge. Slightly squeezed right flaperon trailing edge. Adjusted canopy latch to reduce latching force.

Set up tape recorder to pick up from intercom output.

Took off and started the time to climb test. GPS feeding data to DYNON, as evidenced by good HSI indications and winds aloft calculations. Discovered I had not retracted flaps after T/O so results were unusable. Also, airplane still rolls left. Oil temp going into yellow. Returned to field, did a little squeeze on right flaperon, checked audio quality, and changed recorder to manual level. Removed oil cooler cover.

Took off in 300 feet (10-15kts headwind), did time to climb tests (still climbing 500FPM+ @ 10K, 4-way speed box @ 7500 (KIAS 108), stall series (no horn). Slight right ball, left roll-off.

Started Card #3 procedures. Did time to climb test with 1/2 flaps (still climbing 600 FPM @ 10K), other prescribed manuevers. Still no stall horn. Autopilot very rough and overshoots badly. Everything else OK. Skipped speed boxes as there were no changes made that would affect them.

Airplane handling excellent in all tests.

To do: Adjust latch again. Squeeze right flaperon. Troubleshoot stall warning. Study autopilot manual.
