Brief Description:  Final? canopy trim, stabilator tests.

Continued trying to get a good fit on the canopy attach points. Added washer and a half - still hits and looks terrible. Made tough decision to cut both forawrd tab areas back to original specs, per the template. Marked with tape and cut off. Paint damage not too bad. Installed with one thin washer on right side, none on left, Fits pretty good, except still touches slightly to metal. Good enough for now, may try to bend metal inward a bit to ease clearance problem. Got to stop the mery-go-round on this issue and get off!

Began doing the stabilator motion tests required by the PAP. Getting some binding with full nose down trim and full nose up stabilator. I think the AST arm is set too long. Measurements don't look right. More investigation next session.

Had several visitors today - Mike Harris and Mark Sebast included. Pastor Pete of course.
