Brief Description:  Continued work on wheel pants.

Suddenly realized this morning that I am going to have a heck of a time loading the fuselage on the trailer and moving it around without a tow bar! Researched the market and settled on the Bogert bar from Aircraft Spruce. Also ordered the Bogert jack pad. Ordered through the FBO to save on shipping. Should be here Monday.

Called the trailer dealer and ordered four extra tiedown pucks. Called CJ and she picked them up for me.

Went to the shop and continued working on the left main wheel pant. Fitted the two halves. One of the things you are told to do is to put a strong light inside to facilitate lining up the metal Wheel Fairing Bracket with the dimples in the fiberglass. With the light inside, the fibergalass lights up like a big glowing orb! I just had to get a picture of that! Went as far as I could with the left pant until I needed to jack up the wheel.

Since I had just ordered the towbar I jumped ahead and jacked up the nose wheel andi nstalled the bolts and washers where the towbar connects. Also installed the nutplates on the flanges.

Worked the right pant to the same point as the left. Trimmed the nose pant halves with the Dremel and sandpaper.
