Brief Description: Finished the under-the-cowl work.
Worked a long time to get the oil cooler to hang in the right position to engage the mounts when the cowling is installed. Had the dang thing on and off at least a half dozen times. Finally got it in the right spot and tightened up all the hose connections and cable tied it off in a couple of spots.
In the process I disconnected and repositioned the hoses at the oil cooler, and installed the required cable ties. I decided to install both air cleaners to make sure there was enough clearance for them.
Spent a considerable amount of time cable tying all the remaining wires and tubes. I wish I had done that earlier before they got covered up by more layers.
Put away the tools and straightened up the garage side of the building. Repositioned the fuselage so the tail is in the workshop. Got out the vertical stabilizer and installed it.
Next job is to install all the tail feathers and fit the tailcone halves.
