Carolyn helped me line up the spinner using the ruler taped to the stool. It is really hard getting it perfect, because the whole airplane moves when you rotate the engine. I think we got it within the 16th off an inch, but I wouldn't swear to it. I hope it's not that critical.
Fabricating these parts was fairly complex and very time consuming, trying to make the fit of all the pieces as good as possible.
Completed the spinner work but did not reinstall the prop. I want to keep the area clear for fitting the cowling. That's next!
