Brief Description: Finished rear window and side skins.
Worked mostly outdoors today since it was so nice and warm. Moved a lot of winter leaves and debris. Snow is almost gone. Thunderstorms tonight.
Scuffed up the inside surfaces of the side skins, primed and interior painted. Finished smoothing the edges of the rear window.
Spent quite a bit of time on the computer researching fiberglass finishing techniques. Seems that I made a mistake using the red putty (NITROSTAN SPOT & GLAZING PUTTY 9001) to smooth out the cowling fairing layup. Advice now is to remove it and replace it with epoxy micro-balloon mix. Oh well, more sanding ahead!
