Brief Description: Reorganized for remaining pre-engine tasks.
Was supposed to fly to Erie today but the weather had other ideas. Worked around home all day. Got in some shop time. Removed the railing from the stairs to allow positioning of the tail back as far as possible. Wanted to try that to be sure I can install the Rotax in the shop and it looks like it will be no problem.
Picked everything up and cleaned the shop. Went through all the instruction books and my item checklists, and made up a list of all the stuff that still needs to be done. Made the list into a spreadsheet that I can prioritize and re-order.
In the afternoon I built the fixture for positioning the rudder pedals. That was first on the list. Second item was to finish the edges on the aft window so began working on that.
Yesterday I ordered the lighting kit, since it looks like I'll have extra time before the engine arrives.
