Brief Description: Completed & primed all rudder parts.
Finished the repair plate by drilling and deburring. Also added the lightening hole inside the old one. Prepped and primed all parts. Dry assembled skeleton and skins. Discussed assembly sequence with Bill, and also the possibility of reinforcing the rudder to prevent recurrance of the bowed skins found on the old skins.
Came home and researched the bowing problem on the 130/140 forum. Turns out this is a very common problem. I will be adding an internal reinforcement during assembly.
