Brief Description: Finished rudder skins, worked other parts.
Clamped the mated new skins to the old skin (after I straightened it out.) Used die grinder with #60 sanding disk to work the edges of the new skins up close to the old pattern. Separated and deburred all parts. Cleaned with alchohol and roughed up insides with Scotchbrite pad.
Roughed up and cleaned other parts that need priming. Fine trimmed new trim tab. Made new right angle bracket for rudder attach fittings.
Noticed a small crack in spar near lightening hole. Stop drilled the crack and began fabricating a reinforcing patch.
