Doubled checked hole locations and drilled for spar rivets. Clecoed and used sutoff wheel in die grinder to rough cut out the new skins. Used a sanding disk to smooth the cuts closer to the lines. Trial fit to spar and tail light housing. Cut out new trim tab.
Still new to sand back closer to line and fine-fit parts.
