Brief Description:  Aileron and elevator rigging.

Developed my own procedure for rigging ailerons, as follows: Adjust aileron control arms to 22 and 14 degrees at bell crank stops. Clamp ailerons in trail. Adjust crossover cable snug. Clamp yokes neutral. Adjust left and right cables to snug. Tweak turnbuckles evenly to get 30# tension. Double check deflections at full yoke travel. Tighten check nuts (4), and safety turnbuckles (3).

All above went quite well and rigging is finished with all measurments within specs.

Checked elevator travel to stops, 20 degrees up and down. Adjusted elevator cable turnbuckles under the floor for 7” instrument panel to yoke centerline. Tweaked for approximately 30 lbs tension. Safetied turnbuckles (2).
