4/6 - 4-8 catchup. I continued work on fabricating the new carb air box flapper. It is now ready for Chris to weld it together. Bill made new oversized bushings to repair outsized boss holes, but one of the bosses on #3 cylinder broke while inserting. Bill and I worked on remaining cylinders, reaming out and installing bushings. Bill found a set of four C85 cylinders in his barn. They are oversized and not chromed. I investigated and found they can be used to convert to chromed cylinders. They already have boss bushings installed. Valve guides are with wear specs. Bill asked Chris to cut out replacement gear box side pieces. I checked float level on the carb and reassembled it.
