I know it's been forever (and a day) since I've been on and done work on the plane. Over the last year and half a lot has happened. For starters, I'm still traveling like crazy. However, I'm in a new position at work, and I'm hoping to have less international travel (though, this year isn't off to a good start).
Anyway... I digress...
A couple of months ago, I took a prep class and passed my FAA written test for my private (90% woohoo!). I'm now working on finishing up my license and getting into the air. That's taking a bit of precendence right now.
I am planning on getting back into the shop in the short term. I did some shop clean-up today, and I'm looking forward to getting back to it.
I'm also considering joining the EAA chapter at LZU (Briscoe field in Gwinett Co.). If anyone's familiar with that chapter, please feel free to drop me a line.
