Trimmed spruce pieces to fit for the second rib but did not glue it up. I did mix up very small amount of T-88 and glued gussets on the back of the first rib. Cut double rib jig in half. Made it much easier to handle and will start attaching 1/4" plexi blocks to it so I can have a second rib jig.
