So, I go to the UK for work for what was supposed to be about a week, possibly two if things went badly. Well, they went HORRIBLY wrong and I was stuck way down in Cornwall (RNAS Culdrose) for three weeks. I only brought clothes for two. ARGH!
Anyway, I'm back and have started the tacking of the left elevator, as well as making the trim tab parts. The first attempt didn't go so well on the trim tab parts, so it took a couple of tries. As I have said previously, if you haven't gotten Russ Erb's CD or Eric Newton's manuals, get them.... and actually READ the section that is pertinent to the work you are about to do.
And to make matters worse, I forgot to take pictures except for the one with the drill below.
