Spent a REALLY exciting 3 hours figuring out set backs, bend allowances, etc for the T-25 empennage ribs. Then I marked them all out on a sheet of .032 4130 steel in preparation for cutting. I'm going to use the large foot operated shear at my EAA chapter. It is older than dirt and is normally covered in stuff that no one can figure out where to store, but it will beat using snips or a bandsaw.
There is also a large metal brake there that I'm going to try and do my rib bending with.
