Brief Description:  F/Tanks: Prepped baffle for installation

My AP ("Approved Person" or DAR by American vernacular) came around around yesterday for an inspection of all my work to date - This inspection is required needed before I could close up the fuel tanks or permanently install the leading edges. Inspection went great - he was very happy with everything he saw, hence I may continue - phew! ;)

I did all the edge-prepping and deburring required on the fuel tank baffles - used a combination of vixen file and scotchbrite wheel on the edges and cogsdill on the drilled holes. I then scuffed up all the areas likely to receive proseal with a scotchbrite pad.

I also took the opportunity to install flush rivets in all the spar to main rib flange wherever they get covered by the fuel tank.
