Brief Description: F/Tanks: Debur skins/ribs, start on T405 brackets
I deburred all the holes on all skins, ribs and stiffeners. The Cogsdill really is a dream - it took a good whil but would'a taken MUCH longer without it!
I then cut the T411 reinforcement plates from the T408 reinforcement rings with the cut-off disk on the Dremel tool. I then smoothed the worst off the various peices using the rotary sander once again with the Dremel. I then smoothed what I could out on the scotchbrite wheel and the rest by hand with scotchbrite pads.
I then moved on to the tank attachemnt angles. I cut the slightly larger than was needed thinking it's easier to take away than add material. I then preceeded to mark out the lines as per the plans, using T411 as a guide for the nose-rib shape.
