I removed the right fuel tank from the wing spar and double checked the positioning of all the holes drilled into the z-brackets to make sure there were no edge disyance issues. Everything was spot on - this method of drilling the z-brackets is definitely superior to that of Van's.
I match drilled the right skin to the understructure and the started countersinking the skin (not the baffle) at all baffle attachment holes as per instructions.
