Brief Description: HS Tips: Drill, countersink and rivet
Checking in today, the flox is definately stringer the the quickset epoxy previously used. I drilled the strips to #30 usibg the existing holes as guides and then cleco'ed the tips to the HS. I the match drilled the holes to #40.
I then deburred all the aluminium strips and HS as necessary (once again, those Cogsdill deburrer's are a charm) and countersunk the HS tips once again with mounted stones and the dremel tool.
I then rivetted the tips to the HS with CS4-4 pop rivets.
