Brief Description: L-Elev Tip: Remove and rebuild elev skin "joggle"
Using a rotary sanding drum on the dremel tool, I completely removed the little joggle that exists on the elevator tip. I then masked off the elevator with box tape as required to prevent resin sticking to the metal and clecoed the elevator tip securely into position.
I mixed up a batch of flox and micro balloons (about70/30) and used a plastic card to "squeegee" the mixture into the join, ensuring that everything was suitably filled and covered. Left to cure

Joggle completely removed and accomodation on flange for the skin overlap on the elevator
