Brief Description: R-HS Tip: Sand down joggle and flox
I placed my "less tacky" version of the box tape over the HSto stop any resin sticking to it. Then, using te dremel tool again, I completely removed the existing joggle on the HS tip. I mixed up a batch of flox and squeezed it into the tip/alu joint to mke a new "joggle". I also built up the outboard most tip of the HS tip as it was a bit low.
Using the last of the flox, I took the opportunity to build up the corners of the L-Elev tip where the new face meets the rest as in previous trial fittings, I'd noticed that they were way more rounded than they actually meeded to be - less rounding would utlimately fit better.
