I cleaned the HS Tip with some Acetone, mixed up some resin and did another layup on th aft face of the HS Tip - mainly because of the fairly aggressive sanding excersize yesterday, I felt some extra strength was necessary.
This time though, I cut the little tabs on the overhangs of the peice of glass much smakker than previously - the result was that I had no issue whatsoever with the glass not being able to draoe perfectly over the shape with no bubbles on the coreners. This actually went fairly quikly and was no issue at all.
New layup in progress - note size of tabs to ease the bends a tad.
