Brief Description:  R-Elev: Rolled leading edge

Practice obviously makes perfect as this elevator was much quicker and easier with the edges rolled very close to spot on even without the cleco's in place.

I folloed the same process as the previous elevator but made sure that a rolled it just a little bit tighter than the previous elevator. The nett result was that the leading edge tabs lay very close to spot on even without any cleco's. This dramatically decreased the amount of time and effort that was required manually manipulating everything subsequent to the roll to get them to line up - it really was much easier this time round!

As previously I cleco'ed everything together then removed one cleco at a time, working from the center of each tab to the edge, drilled out to #30, deburred with the Cogsdill deburrer and then pulled the rivet The leading edges turned out great
