Brief Description: RD: Edge Finishing and Paint Prepping
Didn't have too much time so I just cut off the blue plastic in strips along the rivet lines from the skin where necessary. Also cleaned and deburred the skin edges appropriately and then scuffed up all the surfaces of the skin (inside) and the understructure with the scotchbrite pads.
The rudder is now, barring the chemical brightening which I will do just before I paint, all ready to be primed. I doubt I will get time to do it before the weekend though.
