Brief Description: RD: Match drilled top rib, final drilled spar web
Fluted the forward flange of R703 to adequately accept the R713 counter balance skin. It took a tad more "manipulation" than I anticipated to get the holes to line up decently but it worked out in the end. Then cleco'd and match drilled the two together.
Final drilled all the holes in the spar web and match/final drilled all the Rudder horn assembly holes.
Top Rib (R703) fluted and Counter Balance skin (R713) match drilled and cleco'd in place
