Using a bolt to align the center of the platenuts, I clamped the platenuts into position (having cut them slightly larger, I was able to angle the platenuts to ensure better edge distances for platenut rivets).
I match drilled all the platenut rivet holes ad then countersunk the spacers as per the plans.
