I drilled the ie down brackets first hole and then aligned the the brackets as per the plans. Clamped into place and ensuring they were square, I drilled the remaining holes.
I then marked out the holes postions on the tie down spacers and taped them into place using the marks to ensure correct alignment. I then bolted the bracket into place over the spacers and match drilled the corresponding holes through the spacers and the brackets.
