Brief Description:  R-Elev: Countersink, bevel and deburr

I countersunk E-714 in the drill press using the countersink cage and impled E-713 as per the instructions.

I then countersunk the E-709 attach holes on the forward face of E-702. I used the drill press here too with the countersink cage. I did however have to remove disassemble part of the cage as t would not fit when trying to countersink the two outermost holes. All in all though... 'twas fairly quick and easy as I used the depth gauge on the drill press seeing as though the countersink cage was nothing more than a countersink bit.

I beveled E-713 as per the instructions on the inboard and aft edges to smooth the transaition where the skin overlaps it. The belt sander made fairly quick work of it and then neatened it up on the Scotchbrite wheel. I bevelled the outside of the part on the inboard and ft edges for those that want to know.

I then started the deburring process on the understructure.
