Brief Description: RD: Disassemble, deburr and Dimple
Finished match drilling the skin to the understructure. Then disassembled, deburred, edge prep'ed and dimple the understructure and the skin appropriately.
I managed to do most of the dimpling with the pneumatic squeezer but was forced to use the "pop rivet dimpler" to dimple the aft most holes on each of the top and bottom ribs. Even with the pop-tivet dimpler, I had to man-handle the fairly extensively but returned them to their original shape with minimal fuss there-after. I think riveting those few holes will be a challenge in it's own right!
All is now dimpled and ready for prepping for priming and riveting.
