Bent the rudder trailing edge using the bending break. I actually ended up re-building the bending break as I wasn't getting sufficient bend from it. After cranking down on it as hard as I possibly could (i.e. two sides touching), the spring back would always be to about 3 x spar width. I then "re-built" the bending break to remove the gap which I originally left in it to facilitate the correct radius. After the rebuild, the bend was orders of magnitude better... it really made a huge difference for me!
After geeting a good crisp trailing edge, I cleco'd the newly bent skin to the under structure and clamped the bottom tip attachment strips in place and called it a night!
