Brief Description: RD: Debur and Dimple skin and R-815 Stiffeners
Uncleco'd the stiffeners from the skin, deburred all the relevant holes in the skin and the stiffeners and them dimpled all the holes on the stiffeners using the Pneumatic Rivet Squeezer.
I got a nice rhythm going with the squeezer which ended up being my undoing. Everything was going great guns until the 3rd last hole on the last stiffener (R-815A). I fired the squuezer a fraction before I had the stiffener in the right place and punched a brand new hole right next to the existing one. Being punched by the dimper, it tore into the stiffener and made a right mess of everything. Ater working it a bit to see how I could save it, I decided to rather scrap the part and re-order a new one from Vans.. 'tis only 5$.
