Brief Description: L F/Tank: drilling and cut all stiffeners
I decided it would be better to drill the fuel tank skin to the ribs whilst everything was still mounted on and clamped to the wing. I drilled all holes barring the skin-to-baffle holes for fear of accidentally skewering the main spar.
I then located the stiffeners amongst my stockpile of parts and marked them out according to the notches. I snipped them all to size roughly and then cut each one to shape. I did find that, because the cut distance is so short (i.e. not like the elev. or rudder stiffeners), one didn't actually even need to have marked the cut lines. To gain better access with the snips, most of the cuts were from the back of the stiffeners where the lines weren't visible anyway.
